One of the best massages I’ve had! Such a beautiful, calming space & the massage itself was unreal. I had a mixture of Swedish & sport & I felt like I was floatingggg! My body felt so light after and can’t wait for my next xxx
The best massage every time. Lauren is always so welcoming and friendly! She talks me through every treatment! Since having treatments my stomach and changed so much and I have so much less bloating!!! Lauren’s hands are magic! Xx

I have been to Lauren several times now for many different treatments, every time without fail she is knowledgeable, professional and above all absolutely fantastic at her job! She’s so understanding, kind and not judgemental in anyway which is so reassuring! I look forward to my weekly appointments and can’t wait to try the body contouring next as I have seen great reviews for her doing that treatment as well as all her treatments 😁.

After my treatment my shoulders felt like feathers! Incredible massage and service. I went to Lauren for a full body massage she was very welcoming. Lauren has really help me be less stiff, I didn’t realise how stiff I was until after. I always leave feeling so relaxed. I come to Lauren regularly she is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend.
I’ve been having a Session of Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Lauren over the last few weeks which I have found very therapeutic and uplifting. I have also had some sessions of Sports Massage for Sciatica on my right buttock, thigh and lower back area which has really helped with the problem and I am now pain free in that area. I can thoroughly recommend her. She is very professional and friendly too
Wow! Lauren’s sports massage has helped massively! I had such tension in my back and really didn’t think initially a massage would help but it has worked wonders 😍 with the fact that Lauren is also so welcoming and friendly, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
